ORDERS & DELIVERIES

 

When you place an order with us, the delivery time will depend on the place of destination and the time at which the order is placed. 

Please be aware that some international delivery times can change due to potential delays in local customs. This is outside of our control and we're doing our best to ensure that all orders are being delivered to you as promptly as possible.

DELIVERY TIMES

Our current processing time to dispatch an order is 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri), not including the day the order was received. 

Once your order has been dispatched, it will take:

UK Standard: 3-7 working days
Europe: 5-9 working days
Rest of World: 10-14 working days

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank holidays or other national holidays in a country of destination.

DELIVERY FEES

When placing an order, you will have these tracked shipping options: 

UK: £2.99
EU: £12.99
ROW (incl. CANADA) £18.99 

DUTY FEES

International packages may be subject to additional duties and taxes when imported from the UK over a certain value. If your order exceeds the maximum amount, you may be asked to pay a duty fee to receive your order. The limits of duty-free packages are determined by your local customs authorities and are non-refundable on our behalf. 

Please check your country's tax specifications prior to placing your order, as Allergic Reaction cannot be held responsible for any tax payments. 

ORDER CHANGES

Once you placed an order with us, we can't guarantee that we will be able to make any changes to it. Please contact us at hello@allergic-reaction.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested changes, and we will do our best to help you. 

PRE-ORDER

If you placed an order as part of a "Pre-order", these items will be dispatched to you in line with the advertised dates/ information provided in the order confirmation email.
