WHY ALLERGIC REACTION?

We are here to challenge stereotypes and outdated beliefs. We’ve got Allergic Reaction to unsolicited advice, comparison, fear, overthinking, social media noise, and other things that make our lives a little less enjoyable. We know you feel it too! 

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to help people mute the noise around them and embrace themselves and their own unique identities.

Being different is cool. Embracing your flaws is beautiful. Prioritising your mental health is important. Having bad days is normal. Owning your feelings is brave. Making mistakes is part of the journey. 

Remember - you are doing great, so don’t be scared. Let go of your fear of judgement and instead of listening to other people's opinions, listen to yourself. 💛
