NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING? Read our instructions below!
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- in the same condition that you received it in;
- unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
PLEASE BE AWARE! Dirty/worn clothes or accessories, as well as those missing tags or labels, will not be refunded.
When sending your package back to us, please ensure your items are securely wrapped and your parcel contains all the information requested by our customer service team.
Remember to ask for a receipt as proof of sending.
STARTING A RETURN
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@allergic-reaction.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your items and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN FEES
Please note that we can only refund the postage costs for returning an item where:
- we sent you the wrong item;
- the item you received is damaged or faulty.
If you have changed your mind about an item in good working order, we unfortunately do not offer free returns. These costs have to be covered by the customer if they wish to return the item.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
Sometimes mistakes can happen and we sincerely apologise if you have received the incorrect item by mistake. Please get in touch with us at hello@allergic-reaction.com, so we could resolve this as soon as possible.
If you wish to receive a refund or a product replacement, you must return the received item in the same condition you received it and within 14 days from the day on which you received the item.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
When contacting us, please give us your order number and tell us more about the damage (pictures of the faulty item) and we will advise what to do next. Our Returns Policy for faulty items upholds your statutory rights.
ITEMS MISSING
In the event that you receive your order and some items of your order are missing, please get in touch with us immediately, so that we could evaluate the issue and make it right.
When contacting us, please give us your order number and provide us more information about which item(s) are missing from the order and we will advise what to do next.
To receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your item within 21 days from the day on which you received an email from us confirming that the item had been dispatched.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Sometimes we can not accept returns on certain items because of hygiene and our customers' safety. Some items that cannot be returned for refunds are:
- Underwear
- Socks
Sale items are also not refundable.
None of this affects your statutory rights. All items are inspected on return.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We can not guarantee that the item will still be available on site or have the same price it had during your first purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. All products returned to us are checked by our Returns Department. If you are entitled to a refund then we will refund the price of your item. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returns are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt of a cancelled order, and at the latest within 30 days of receipt.
All successful returns will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note refunds may take 4 to 6 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) to show in your account.
